ClearForce Announces Seasoned Executive Chad Lafon as Chief Marketing & Product Officer



ClearForce, a global technology leader in the early and ongoing discovery of employee risk, announced today the addition of Chad Lafon as their Chief Marketing and Product Officer. In this role, Lafon will be responsible for market growth and product development.


Lafon comes to ClearForce from Equifax’s Insight division, where he served as Vice President of New Product Revenue. Prior to that role, Lafon was the founder and President of Nevalon Technologies, the firm that developed the industry-leading automated court data platform Synaptec. He also served as a board advisor and VP for Securitec Screening, piloting its transformation into a market-leading data provider for the largest CRAs in the industry.
